I don't know where to start!
Don't worry. As long as you have your artwork or logo as a high resolution 300dpi file we can help you out with everything else. While we can work some magic, unfortunately we can't turn a low quality image into a high quality one.We can give technical advice on what products might work best for your style of artwork. We also advise on brand fit, for example, eco bags for your eco friendly café or budget products for a promotional giveaway. If you can't provide print ready files, we charge £25+VAT/hr studio time if you would like us to do things like remove backgrounds or work up your artwork into a beautiful product range from scratch. Just get in touch.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES
- Artwork should be sized to fit the printable area detailed in the "Artwork Guide" box on each product page and be high resolution (300dpi at the printable size).
- For products where edge to egde printing is offered, your artwork should include a bleed, in other words the file should be slightly larger than the printable area. The bleed size is detailed on each product page. Keep any text or critical parts of your design well away from the edge.
- Placement of logos or images on the final product should be considered.
- Artwork and logos that will not cover a product entirely should have a transparent background.
- Files should be saved as high quality.jpg or .pgn
- For accurate colours, printed products files should be in the sRGB colourspace, for GIclee prints please use AdobeRGB.
- For assistance with image preparation we charge a standard studio fee of £25+VAT/hr
- Please make sure that your monitor is calibrated so what you see on screen is accurate. We can only print what you send us.
Placement prints vs edge to edge vs full wrap?
You might notice on our product pages we use the terms placement prints or full wrap prints. A placement print is a logo or artwork that doesn't entirely cover the full area of the product but rather is positioned within the printable area, on a transparent or white background. Products like T-shirts can only be printed with placement prints which could be anything from a small logo to a large design on the front. Products like coasters, tile art, slates and Giclee prints can be printed edge to edge, in other words there is no need for a border around your design as we can print over the entire product surface, just keep any text or important bits away from the edge. With mugs and other cylindrical products we use the term full wrap for printing top to bottom and up to a couple of cm either side of the handle. The printable area is indicated on each product info page.
Can I ask for samples?
Samples are available for some products. We charge retail prices plus an additional set up fee of £5 for samples.
What is your minimum order?
In order to offer the best prices, we ask that you order a minimum quantity of each product. This quantity differs for each product but ranges from 3-48 items per product. You can mix designs but we ask for a minimum order of each design. Again this varies from product to product.
We have no minimum order for larger sized Giclee prints or aluminium chromaluxe prints.
Colour Variation
We print products in small print batches and all items in each run will be identical in colour. We may find that there are very subtle variation in colour between batches or between product types. This applies to our printed products not our Giclee Prints.
What is a Giclee Print?
A Giclee is a digital print produced using a high resolution printing process which uses pigment (rather than dye) based inks and extremely high quality archival / museum grade paper to achieve prints of superior detail, light fastness and stability. We print on archival quality, acid free, fine art paper. When combined with our 12 colour pigment ink printing system, we can achieve wonderful colour reproduction and produce beautiful prints that will look as good as new for 80+ years.

Can you dropship to my customers?
Yes we can! We will add on our standard shipping costs for each delivery and ship directly to your UK based clients or customers.
